HR1708 - Counselling Services

Description

Wiltshire Council's (the Authority) requires the provision of counselling services to meet the needs of the following referring teams: • Occupational Health • Fostering & Kinship In 2022, the Authority, made 218 employee referrals as such, we would like to work with a small number of reliable partners with a good geographical spread around the county and borders of Wiltshire. Employees are referred via the Wiltshire Council Occupational Health Service or through a gate-keepered self-referral procedure. Presenting issues may be work-related or non-work related and interested parties should specify areas of particular specialisms (eg bereavement, trauma, stress management etc). • Providers should be able to regularly offer availability within a 10 day period from date of referral • Providers should specify whether services can be delivered face-to-face at a suitable venue (primarily the home/base of the provider); via an online video service such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom; or both. • Providers should be UKCP accredited
