Community and Home Based Support Services for People with Complex Mental Health Needs

East Lothian Council, on behalf of East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership, has a requirement for a suitably experienced and qualified provider to provide a community and home based support service for people with complex mental health needs. The service will provide a holistic approach to meeting the outcomes of supported people.
