NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) CCG has been reviewing its capability for online tools supporting our daily Urgent and Emergency Care system management and escalation, or our OPEL framework. This is a contract for a system which can take and display relevant live or near real time data feeds from our UEC partners (including and not limited to acute, community, ambulance, 111, AWP, social care, voluntary). In addition, BNSSG are seeking to work in strategic partnership with the chosen supplier to deliver a platform that provides real-time visualisations of activity, patient flow, harm and the impact of initiatives within BNSSG to facilitate evidence- based decision making. This will optimise resource, remove barriers and improve patient outcomes for our population. The contract will be for two years, with two optional one year extensions.
