Provision of Volumetric Capture Equipment

Description

We are seeking a volumetric capture solution for capturing live theatrical performance from one or two subjects. This is to include all studio equipment necessary (e.g. cameras, lighting and grip), the hardware and software required to capture, process, and perform any post-processing necessary (e.g. repair) on the captured data. The volumetric capture solution should be portable and include storage/shipping cases and any other equipment/grip necessary for use on location. We also require within the package delivery, initial set up and staff training, alongside 3 years of maintenance and warranty for both software (including updates) and hardware. The total maximum budget for this project is £600,000 inclusive of VAT, delivery and any import duties.
