West Yorkshire Training Provision for Personalised Care Workforce

Description

The West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (WY ICB) Personalised Care Programme are developing a training offer to upskill and support the wider personalised care workforce, including volunteers, throughout 2022/23. Following a successful training programme delivered in 2021/22, which trained over 1000 people throughout the region, this training offer will aim to upskill voluntary sector staff, volunteers, health and social care professionals, care coordinators, health coaches and social prescribing link workers across West Yorkshire in delivering personalised care approached to address inequalities, meet the needs of our most vulnerable communities, connect people to what matters to them and change the relationship between people and professionals. This programme will deliver real impact in meeting the needs of our most vulnerable communities across West Yorkshire.
