Supply and planting / installation for woodland coppice planting, meadow and low level fencing works on Fairwater Close Open Space, Evesham WR11 1GF

Wychavon District Council is inviting quotes for these work. Currently this is a green space at the rear of houses, close to Evesham town centre. It is mainly mown grass, and we are looking to change it to woodland coppice with some patches of wildflowers and mown grass paths to walk through. There has been some history of anti-social behaviour, daytime drinking etc. We are looking to improve the habitat of the site, but also to try and make the site a less desirable hang-out spot, whilst providing an accessible space that can be used for dog walking etc. We are looking for all works to be completed on site by the 31st of March 2023 at the latest. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
