Description

CSW - Shared Service To provide an independent support, advice, and mediation service to foster carers where complaints/concerns/allegations arise between them and the Agencies. To mediate between foster carers and agencies to reach satisfactory outcomes. Provide assistance to the Agencies in the development of support services for foster carers. The service is required to ensure the foster carers are well supported in carrying out their role of foster carers and ensuring early resolution of issues.
