Description

The scope of the contract is the provision of legal services to the Pioneer Group. The contract is divided into 2 lots. Lot 1 •Governance •Corporate •Human Resources •Finance & Securitisation •Development Lot 2 •Property Management •Asset Management •Housing Management •Home Ownership •Commercial Properties Bidders may bid for 1 lot or both lots. Each lot shall be evaluated independently. It is envisaged that the contract with the Successful Bidder in each lot shall last for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend at the Pioneer Group's sole discretion for a further period of up to 1 year, giving a total potential term of up to 4 years. The estimated Contract commencement date is May 2023. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
