Air Conditioning System Servicing & Maintenance Contract

Description

Worcester City Council is inviting tenders for its Air Conditioning System Servicing & Maintenance Contract. This contract shall encompass the preventative and reactive maintenance for Air Conditioning Systems in properties under the control of Worcester City Council. The maintenance shall be carried out following the guidance set by in the F Gas Statutory Inspection Requirements. The term of contract is from 1st April 2023 to the 31st March 2026 with an option to extend for a further period of two years (3+2). The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
