Facility to Receive and Recycle Street Sweeping Material

Description

The provision of a permitted facility, to receive, and process for Re-use/Recycling/Composting, quantaties of materials gained from Cyngor Gwynedd Street Sweeping Activities. Cyngor Gwynedd is looking to procure a Service Provider who has the facilities to receive and reuse/recycle/recover materials collected from Cyngor Gwynedd Highways and Municipal department and their clients waste materials from their Street Sweeping operations, with the following waste code 20-03-03 (Street cleaning residue). This is a waste code for non-hazerdous waste. The Service Provider (Tenderer) shall provide adequate facilities to receive and reuse/recycle/recover Street Sweeping materials for a projected tonnage of ,4000. In practice, the quantity of waste to be processed may vary and therefore increase or decrease from such quantities over the Contract Period and the location of Cyngor Gwynedd’s Street sweepings, in accordance with the National Indicator WMT009b
