Description

Provision of cleaning services (including window cleaning) for the councils social housing estate - communal areas only. The work consists of scheduled weekly, fortnightly and quarterly communal area and defined cleaning of 15 sheltered housing schemes, 3 extra care schemes, 71 general needs housing schemes and 7 temporary accommodation schemes owned by Winchester City Council. The council is intending to procure a 3-year cleaning services contract (with the option to extend the contract to a maximum of 2 years). The total contract value for the 5-year term is expected to be in the range of £900,000 to £1.5m.
