Description

1. Undertake a PAS 9980 to the attached list of Highrise in relation to meeting the Building Safety Act requirements 2. Undertake the necessary structural surveys to the attached list of Highrise in relation to meeting the Building Safety Act requirements 3. Support Magenta in being able to register all appropriate buildings by April 2023 4. Development of Building Safety Cases & Reports in relation to the attached and be able to meet the deadline of Oct 2023 if called on to provide by the Building Safety Regulator 5. Development of a Building Safety Policy including guidance document and management plan (Need to include roles & responsibilities matrix identifying the team responsible, the task and frequencies across the organisation) 6. Review and development of Magenta's Fire Safety Policy, Guidance & Management Plan (Need to include roles & responsibilities matrix identifying, the team responsible, the task and frequencies across the organisation) 7. Provide an outline Building Safety Strategy Document for Board to sign up to (We discussed that Savills have this in place which can be develop and mould around Magenta)
