The Combined Authority (CA) is advertising a tender on behalf of West Yorkshire Police (WYP) for the provision of Coaching for Senior Police National Assessment centre (SPNAC) and Police Fast Track National Assessment Centre (NAC) The purpose of the contract is to provide support, guidance and practice to all individuals who will be attending: 1. Lot 1 The College of Policing Senior Police National Assessment Centre (police officers and police staff) 2. Lot 2 The College of Policing Fast Track National Assessment Centre (police officers) The overall aim of SPNAC and Fast Track Coaching is to increase the success rate of candidates at the Assessment Centres. It is imperative that the provider has significant knowledge in this coaching and delivered previously. We would anticipate that a provider may be able to supply an off the shelf package having previously delivered this type of coaching for both aspects, however we would wish to work with the provider to tailor requirements to suit if necessary. Further information can be obtained within the tender pack, bidders are encouraged to ensure they understand all aspects of the tender pack prior to submitting a bid.
