Pool Re require a claims processing system. Our Member insurers can currently transact with us for specific functionalities on our Member Portal, however this is currently not possible for Claims. We are interested to hear from potential service providers on how they might deliver some or all parts of our end-to-end claims system - from initial Member Insurer contact and application, through data gathering from Members to process claims, to issuing a decision and processing any post-decision correspondence. We're also interested to hear from potential providers who bring particular expertise in claims systems for property reinsurers and/or bordereaux analysis.
