Basildon Borough Council (the "Council") wishes to select a Contractor(s) for demolition of existing building, design, supply, delivery,installation and commissioning of a new modular Changing Places Toilet in Lake Meadows Park in Billericay. Please refer to the tender documentation for a full description of this requirement.
