Description

Non-contact Nano/Pico Spotter for spotting matrices/enzymes/derivatization reagents and calibration standards onto samples prior to mass spectrometry imaging. The device must be supplied with:  A minimum of 6 channels  A spotting resolution of 1mm  The ability to spot between 50 pl and 2ml of reagent solution.  A camera with appropriate software: allowing vision guided definition of the target position for dispensing reagent spots.  On board volume calibration Competition Waiver Form Template Version 7 updated 16.11.2021  The ability to handle organic solvents such as ethanol / methanol / acetonitrile and mixtures of the solvents with water which are used to dissolve standards / reference compounds  On board and PC (Windows based) control interfaces  A customisable substrate bed with holders for microscope slides and Waters MALDI targets (suitable for Select Series MRT instruments)
