NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 December 2022 for the following reason: Extension of the date for expressions of interest/submission of bids to 12:00 9 January 2023.(To undertake various major refurbishment works to building fabric and services across seven separate sites within Greater London. Is being packaged into three separate contracts. Buildings vary from brick-built, single and two-storey structures, to wooden 'spooner'-type, single-storey huts. Suppliers are advised that this requirement is broken into three packages for which you will find the below tenderboxes available to respond to dependent on interest. Please see number 12 of this notice for further information on links to the tenderboxes.
