Cleaning Services Communal Areas

Description

Provision of cleaning services (including window cleaning) for the councils housing stock- communal areas only. Winchester City Council is intending to procure a 3-year cleaning services contract commencing nominally during May 2023 (with the option to extend the contract to a maximum of 2 years). TUPE maybe applicable to this contract. The total contract value for the 5-year term is expected to be in the range of £900,000 to £1.5m. Please be advised that the council offices are closed from 17:00 on Thursday 22nd December 2022 and will open at 9.00 on Tuesday 3rd January 2023. During this period, the councils e tendering portal will not be monitored and any messages/ clarifications will be responded to as soon as possible after the 3rd January 2023.
