The Hywel Dda University Local Health Board with its partnership organisation Ceredigion County Council has approved funding for the provision of Community Wellbeing. The aims of the service are: To provide a variety of group activities in the community, support on an individual basis as well as peer support for those who are at risk of reaching crisis point and who are subject to social isolation.
