Description

Works will comprise the refurbishment of existing vacant Ward space, and adjoining rooms, to create new cellular consultation rooms and waiting area. New acoustic partitions, suspended ceilings, floor finishes and wall finishes will be required throughout. All services, both mechanical and electrical, will be extended from the central plant room of the main hospital block into the new eye clinic space. Mechanical works will comprise the installation of a new low temperature heating system, new supply / waste pipework and dedicated ventilation / cooling systems. Electrical works will comprise the installation of new data, small power, general lighting, emergency lighting, automatic smoke alarm and detection.
