South ADP Whole Family Approach

Description

1.2 NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of the South Lanarkshire Alcohol & Drug Partnership wish to commission an organisation or organisations who will work alongside South Lanarkshire ADP, as the lead provider(s) in ensuring: Families are included and informed throughout their loved ones’ treatment and recovery, whilst ensuring the wishes of their loved ones’ are being respected and adhered to. The whole family approach to recovery should become embedded within all treatment and recovery services. Due to the diverse scope of this service a bid from a consortium would be welcomed. The commissioned service will also develop innovative responses and work alongside families and wider communities to engage with families who need support as a result of their loved ones’ substance use whether that be past or present. The commissioned service will need to have a close working relationship with both statutory and voluntary organisations. The commissioned service will be expected to have a presence within South Lanarkshire’s recovery Beacons.
