Proc 22-1685 Provision of Catering Services - Ops Events and Planning lunches

Description

The Scottish Police Authority (known as the “the Authority”) has a requirement to appoint a Supplier to deliver outside catering such as packed lunches. The requirement is for a healthy packed meal, including delivery, to a number of station locations dependent on where the event will take place likely to be 2-3 police offices across the Greater Glasgow area, to be consumed prior to the event. The meal pack should now include the following: *A filled sandwich / roll *A 500ml bottle of juice / water *A packet of crisps * A chocolate bar or similar 10% of the lunches to be fish based (i.e., tuna etc.) 15% (vegetarian) and 75% Chicken, Egg, Ham etc.
