Description

The Council invites quotations for the provision of an online technical library of building and construction related technical information including Codes, British Standards, etc. for Croydon Building Control (CBC). CBC require an up-to-date online library of construction and building standards, codes and technical information to ensure it is enforcing to the correct and latest standards and to ensure it is in conformity with its ISO 9001 Quality Management accreditation. This information must be guaranteed to be timely, accurate, easily searchable and portable so it can be accessed remotely i.e. from a surveyor's phone or tablet whilst on an active construction site. The duration of the contract is 3 years, subject to the right of The Council (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract once, for a duration of 3 years.
