Provision of Appropriate Adults for Adults in Avon and Somerset

Description

For this procurement, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Avon and Somerset hereby known as "the Customer" wishes to award a contract for the provision of services. The Customer is responsible for setting the direction and budget for Avon and Somerset Constabulary. Tenderers are invited to tender for the Customer's requirements for the delivery of the Avon and Somerset Appropriate Adult (AA) for Adults service. The Customer seeks to award a 3 year contract, commencing on 1st April 2023. The contract shall include an optional extension period of up to a further additional 2 years, taking the maximum possible contract term to 31st March 2028. The procurement procedure is being managed as a bespoke tender procedure under the Light Touch Regime of Public Contract Regulations 2015.
