Description

The Contract will mainly be for treatment of Rats, Mice and Cockroaches but on occasion, Midland Heart will need the Contractor to deal with all pests listed below (list not exhaustive) - Rats Bird mites Flies Mice Lice Dust Mites Cockroaches Fleas Ants Bed Bugs Wasps Silverfish Squirrels Hornets The only exceptions are protected species & honeybees (where Midland Heart will decide on how to proceed following advice from the Contractor). The services will be delivered direct through the Contractors own staff and will not be subcontracted without written permission from Midland Heart. The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure's including Void properties, General Needs properties, Retirement and Supported Living properties, Home Options (Leasehold and Shared Ownership) properties and Mutual Properties. The Contract is expected to commence on the 6th of March 2023. Lot 1 - Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Sandwell, Dudley, Wychavon, Herefordshire, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Stroud, Shropshire UA, Swindon, West Oxfordshire, Cotswold, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Wyre Forest and Wiltshire UA. Lot 2 - Coventry, Leicester, Stoke on Trent, East Staffordshire, Tamworth, Nuneaton and Bedworth, Rugby, Lichfield, Cannock Chase, Northampton Borough Council, North Warwickshire, Hinckley and Bosworth, Charnwood, Walsall, East Northamptonshire, Solihull, Harborough, North West Leicestershire, Blaby, Milton Keynes, Oadby and Wigston, Staffordshire Moorlands, South Staffordshire, Warwick, Broxtowe, Rushcliffe, East Staffordshire, South Kesteven, Newcastle under Lyme, South Derbyshire, Kettering, South Northamptonshire, Wellingborough, Corby Borough Council and Stafford. Contractors should note, the splits outlined below are indicative only and may be subject to change throughout the life of the Contract. Following evaluation of the compliant Tenders Midland Heart shall determine which profile of lot award demonstrates the most economically advantageous outcome and consequently the contract may be awarded to one or multiple contractors (i.e. a minimum of 1 or a maximum of 2).
