GB-Derby: DH21045V2 - Chesapeake Road Superstructure and Roofing Contract

Description

Building construction work. This Contract is set up to provide the Employer with access to a good, reliable contractor who is able to provide the services, in line with the works programme. The service comprises of a number of elements to 6 two-bedroom properties and 2 4-bedroom properties, including, but not limited to superstructure work and roofing construction and roof coverings. The Employer is seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide all of the services identified. Only Bidders who have passed all the corresponding Selection Criteria will have their Award Criteria responses assessed. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Conditions relating to environmental and social requirements of the contracting authority may be included in this contract. Please refer to the procurement documents. This will be a 12 month contract with an option to extend for a maximum of 6 months at the discretion of the Employer to allow for delays
