Description

This procurement is for the initial & ongoing appointment of Potential Supplier(s) to the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Digital Experience(s) services as described in Schedule 1 Services Description document (the “Services”) to The Authority (National Citizen Service Trust-NCST) and its customers (Young People/Person(s)). Potential Supplier(s) shall design & provide outcomes-based digital experiences against one or more of the Service Categories and theme objectives as stated in Schedule 1 - Services Description with a primary focus the theme objectives as listed below. Potential Supplier(s) shall have the opportunity to apply for one or more of the following Service Category(s) across the theme objectives: Service Category(s): 1. Service Category 1–Self Serve/Self Navigated 2. Service Category 2–Interactive 3. Service Category 3–Broadcast Theme Objectives: 1. Providing opportunities for volunteering and social action 2. Building employability and work readiness 3. Developing life skills and supporting independent living 4. Providing opportunities for social mixing (either underpin one of the above themes, or as a theme in its own right) The service options are to be determined at the Call-Off Competition Stage. Service Options: 1. Stage of Development -Already in existence, Plan/idea stage 2. Hosting - Content only offers, to host on MyNCS and/or NCS website, Supplier’s platform or elsewhere 3. Length of Interaction-one off, Serialised or ongoing The DPS will be split into two stages: Stage 1 (Accessing the DPS)–during the Initial Selection Stage, suppliers will be invited to join the DPS, all Potential Supplier(s) who meet the Selection Criteria within the Supplier Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) will be admitted onto the DPS. Stage 2 (Call-Off Competition Stage) - once admitted onto the DPS, Supplier(s) will be able to tender for Call-Off Contract.
