Lady Hale Careers Hub Refurb

Description

The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to strip out and reconfigure existing space and create a new University Careers Hub within the Lady Hale building, located on the University's Peel Park campus, University of Salford, M5 4WT. The rooms within the project scope are located on the Ground Floor of the building and was most recently utilised as a Santander bank. The bank has closed and the University have retaken possession of the area for student services use.
