The technical standards used as a requirement for this Call Off Contract under the GCloud framework are: multi academy trust mis in Cloud software in the category Schools, education and libraries, deployable to a private cloud, where the supplier is not a reseller, where user support is available by phone and through web chat, where usage metrics are provided through real-time dashboards, where data storage and processing locations include the United Kingdom, where users authenticate with 2-factor authentication, where service managers and administrators authenticate with 2-factor authentication, where security certificates held include ISO/IEC 27001 (service security) and with a discount for educational organisations.
