22 096 - Domestic Heating (Lot 1 - ECO4 and ECO4 Flex Domestic Heating, Insulation and Renewables, Lot 2 - Non-ECO4 Domestic Heating, servicing, repairs and replacements)

Description

Cheshire East Council are looking for a supplier to provide Domestic Heating services for LOTS 1 and 2 below - the period of the contract will be 01/01/2023 - 31/12/2024 (with 2 x 12 month options to extend), please see below for the requirement of both lots. LOT 1 - A supplier who has secured ECO funding (including ECO Flex) from energy suppliers to install gas boilers / first time central heating systems / electric storage heaters - the supplier must also be capable of installing the qualifying insulation measures required to secure the ECO / ECO Flex funding as ECO4 is a fabric first approach and therefore boilers cannot be replaced without upgrading all insulation first. Works will be funded primarily by ECO / ECO Flex, with any shortfall being arranged by the Council. LOT 2 - A supplier to service / repair / install gas boilers, LPG boilers, Oil boilers, Electric Storage Heaters, Water heaters etc for people who are not eligible for ECO funding. Works will primarily be funded by the Council, with any shortfall being arranged by the Council from third party sources including homeowner contributions.
