Stevenage Borough Council are currently seeking tenders for the provision of Aids & Adaptions to 62 Southwark comprising the conversion of an existing attached external store at the front of the house to a bathroom for a disabled tenant and the installation of a through lift from the ground floor living area to a first floor bedroom. Associated changes included in this are external wall opening changes together with reworking internal partition layouts, both of which involve structural change. It is a terraced residential property that is set back from the road without vehicle access. The property is vacant and free from furnishings and coverings. This procurement requires a mandatory site visit. Site visits are available on 22nd, 23rd & 24th Feb or 1st & 2nd March.
