Landscaping for allotment provision

Description

LSWA PC are seeking tenders to redevelop a small piece of council owned land from a nature play area to community allotments. The area has a small dug out (empty) pond, lots of vegetation and some wooden play equipment relevant to a nature area. The land will require levelling. The appointed contractor will be required to converse with other contracts for the installation of other services such as water Tenders must include costs of all aspects to be undertaken, Site visits to the area are encourage d and can be arranged by emailing office@wheatonastonparishcouncil.gov.uk. The site is currently locked.
