Homes England - Commercial Digital Solution (etendering)

Description

The current contract for Homes England's e-tendering system is coming to the end of its term, it is due to expire in September 2023. The Homes England Commercial Team has recently undergone a restructure, this has created a number of requirements within the team for additional functionality over and above that currently utilised by the existing system. The additional functionality includes, but is not limited to, greater integration with other systems, contract management and reporting / management information functionality. The requirements are discussed in more detail in the Market Engagement Briefing & Questionnaire (details below). The new system shall require additional functionalities needed to run and manage Homes England's DPS agreement(s). We would like to consult with the market on the solutions available and our proposal. To do so, we have prepared a Market Engagement Briefing and Questionnaire for interested parties to complete. This will help Homes England shape their requirements and ensure the market is engaged throughout the procurement process. It is anticipated that the tender will be published on 31 October 2022.
