Replacement of Heating System

Description

This is quote request for the replacement of the existing boilers to the Front Block at the College of West Anglia,Kings Lynn Campus. The Contractor is required to provide a price for TWO options. Option A is a new heating system that has not been designed at all. It will be the Appointed Contractor who will undertake the design, and then installation of the new system. The system will use Air Source Heat Pumps as the form of heating, to heat the existing thermal distribution of the entire front block. Option B is a new heating system that has been partially designed by the specialists assisting the Employer, and in this instance the Appointed Contractor will undertake the design of distribution and controls within the plant room only, and add relevant plant to the components listed in order to ensure a fully functional design. The College is looking forward to receive your most competitive lump sum fixed price tenders for the design, supply and installation of the contract works including all preliminaries, labour, plant and materials necessary to execute and complete the works, subject to the College's terms and conditions.
