This contract is for the implementation of an electronic locking system across a range of assets and above ground installations. At present a purely mechanical locking system is in place, NGN have c.3000 above ground installations ranging from high pressure NTS offtakes to single kiosk district governors, all of which are currently secured using mechanical based padlocks. NGN wish to implement a roll out of electronic locks across above ground installations in order to increase effectiveness beyond that of a mechanical padlock, c. 14000 locks, and 325keys.
