Northern Trains Limited (NTL) are looking for a supplier to provide a TFM (Total Facilities Management) contract. The contract will cover our entire leased estate of circa 466 stations, 4 main engineering depots and a number of sub-depots across our 4 regions. It will also cover our commercially leased offices and beneficiary sites at stations operated by other TOCs. The contract will focus on our key goals of delivering cost, efficiency and service delivery savings across the whole estate. The scope of service include planned and reactive maintenance, cleaning, external grounds/vegetation management, pest control and the provision of a CAFM system and helpdesk.
