Description

Tenders are invited for the construction of ecomulch safety surfaces under a variety of equipment in Newnham on Severn's Play Park, situated off Station Road, Newnham, Glos. Works must be compliant with BS EN 1176 A diagram of the areas to be surfaced along with approximate dimensions are available on application to the Clerk (Contact details below). It is expected that a site visit is arranged prior to tender submission to review the project requirements and surfacing areas in detail. Proof of all certifications and insurances are required as part of the tender submission, along with detailed plans, risk assessments and a methods statement. Any other information deemed relevant should also be included. Two references for similar projects within the last 18 months are also required. Tenders should be posted to the Clerk. Electronic tenders will not be accepted. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the top left hand corner "Play surface tender" tenders not clearly marked will be discounted.
