The works involve the internal re-modeling of existing bedrooms. Including new floor coverings, decoration, internal portioned walls, and associated M&E Works. Section 1 - Lincoln (Room B6 A&B) - Re-modelling to form new protected lobby & individual study spaces Section 2 - Derby (Block C - Rooms C2 & C3 and C17 & C18) - Re-modelling to form protected lobby & individual study spaces Section 3 - Lenton (Block 2 - Rooms 1 & 2 and 11 & 12) - Re-modelling to form new protected lobby & individual study spaces
