Providing a global single legal front door intake across the business providing a holistic E2E view on legal matters.​ Manual efforts and repeatable tasks would be significantly reduced bringing together UK, US & NGV legal teams, processes and information (legal documents). So that legal teams can focus on legal operations to create meaningful long-term value to National Grid.​ Procuring a new ELM platform should provide the legal team best of breed solution(s) to fulfil Business and IT requirements and address pain points currently experienced. Solution - Significant reduction in repeatable tasks. Common user friendly UI design and a single ELM platform. ​ Matter Mgt. - Intuitive web based global front door intake that has the capability to track matters E2E fulling, document control, matter creation etc.. requirements. ​ Spend Mgt. -Single spend management solution with all spend requirements fulfilled i.e. decision tree system, approvals, rates, timekeepers, billing & expenses.​ Reporting - Good reporting, analytic tooling and AI technology available.​ Automation - Improvement to automation of processes and workflows.​ ​
