LiveWest Homes Ltd has exchanged conditional contracts to acquire the freehold and develop the Land off Foxes Field, Gulval for housing use. A detailed Planning Application has been submitted to develop the site for Seventy-Nine dwellings, extension of adoptable highway and associated external works as planning application reference PA21/10825. LiveWest are seeking a Design and Build contractor who would be responsible for delivering this scheme in line with the planning and design criteria as set out in the attached Employers Requirements. Currently the site has no planning consent, and the successful tenderer would be required to continue dialogue with the Local Planning Authority and LiveWest to complete the design. Design and Build contractors have been invited to tender on this opportunity and are required to submit their responses, queries and questions via Proactis Pro-contract system.
