Description

LHP requires roof replacements to 12 occupied blocks of flats in the Boston area. The contractor will be expected to strip all current roofing materials and replace with items supplied within the specification. The blocks of flats are mix tenure and contain both LHP tenants and leasehold properties. The contractor will be required to provide all materials, access and scaffold arrangements for the works and will be expected to liaise with LHPs customers for the duration of the works.
