Description

Program - Works to be carried out between 25 July 2022 and 20/01/23 [26 weeks]. It should be noted that the temporary/permanent deck element of the building project must be completed by 20 August 2022. Location - Atrium and adjacent plant room areas at Milton College; Chaffron Way Campus Woughton Campus West, Leadenhall, MK6 5LP. Works - to install a temporary [or permanent] crash deck floor above the second-floor gantry level of the atrium; to install a sacrificial waterproof deck on the floor and install guttering & storm water drainage; to form a new access to the plantrooms/floor; strip out redundant ventilation plant; new plant room works; removal of the atrium glazing; pigeon protection works. Contract/procurement - Single stage contract traditional IFC JCT contract with contractor's design portion.
