Ashford Borough Council is seeking suitably experienced contractors to carry out piled reinforced concrete raft partial underpinning to a two storey block of flats at Belmont Place and to an attached two storey house at Noakes Meadow. Contractors must be approved members of Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors "ASUC". Work to include: Belmont Place: Piles 19 nr. Excavation - 46 m3 Concrete - 31 m3 Noakes Meadow: Piles 12 nr. Excavation - 30 m3 Concrete - 20 m3 Term: 10 weeks from commencement. Tender Evaluation: 70% Price 30% Quality • Experience (specific works) 50% • Resident Liaison Plan 12.5% • Resources 12.5% • Managing Risks 12.5% • Zero Defects 12.5% You will need to achieve a score of 60% or more for the project specific questions Q1-Q5 to be considered for further evaluation, and for the pricing element of your bid to be considered.
