Langstane Housing Association are procuring a contractor, or contractors, who will undertake Annual gas servicing including “wet” electrical heating systems (domestic and commercial; Servicing of commercial heating systems; Servicing and reactive repairs of air source heat pumps; Maintenance, servicing and replacement where appropriate of smoke detectors, CO2 detectors; Reactive repairs and maintenance to commercial heating systems inclusive of boiler plants; Reactive repairs to Gas Central Heating Installations systems (various boiler types, and flues (domestic and commercial); Out of Hours emergency call out service and one off boiler replacements.
