Service to meet the Learning and Development Needs of Staff from NHS Devon based on Appraisal Analysis For NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group

NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group has commissioned a Service for Learning and Development Needs of Staff in Devon based on Appraisal Analysis. Further to analysis of appraisals from CCG staff, NHS Devon CCG has identified and prioritised the following training topics that will meet their development needs. The aim is to utilise the expertise of training providers to provide a solution to incorporate the training that has been requested by staff ; bespoke to incorporate CCG Policies where applicable; evidence of feedback based on prior delivery to NHS staff; prepared to work with the CCG to agree the booking system; able to proceed with training as soon as possible; provide value for money solutions that deliver quality outcomes for staff in the following areas. The services will be required for 24 months with a potential 12-month extension subject to funding. The total value of this procurement is up to £40,000 excluding VAT per annum. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner(s). Additional information: The services are falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77). The contract value of this procurement is under the Light Touch Regime threshold and therefore the rules of this Regime do not apply.
