CPCA ICT Service Provision Through Digital Market Place G-Cloud 12 Advisory Service Framework Agreement

Description

PCA will require any new supplier of the services as described in this document to provide best practice I.T. support and help co-develop the authority's digital strategy and to maintain its policies, providing insight and guidance in digital and technology opportunities to help CPCA deliver its strategic goals. The immediate priority from day one will be to maintain an efficient service desk with ticketing system access. The service will include the services listed below as part of the new contract. • Storing of equipment for future CPCA disposal • RSM Audit support • Device encryption • Data security • Policy development Please refer to the specification document for a detailed service requirement. This is strictly for suppliers on the G - Cloud 12 framework Agreement.
