This is required to ensure that the multi-storey car parks remain open and secure and select locations in Norwich are monitored for anti-social behaviour, trespassing and potential damage.The objectives of the procurement are:To secure value for money services and support the council priorities of; People living well and great neighbourhoods, housing and environment.
