Lambeth Council is seeking to appoint a recruitment consultant/s (service provider/s) to assist with the selection of senior level recruitment activities within Children's Services Directorate over the next 12 months. The requirements of the service are set out in the specification included below and include: • Search and selection for 3 senior roles in the council starting with the Strategic Director, Children's Services (reporting to the Chief Executive) • Recruitment support and advice to the council Providers are required to respond to the method statement and submit price for up to three recruitment campaigns. Responses should be supplied on the providers own document ensuring that it is clear which question they are responding to. Price will be calculated as follows: Price Score = Total Available Marks x (Lowest Accepted Quotation/Tender Quotation) Evaluations will be based on a combination of 70% quality and 30% price.
