Description

Redecoration and minor refurbishment to 19x student flats and their associated common areas, most broadly including plastering, painting, floor coverings, lighting and curtains. Contract Duration: 1. The contract will be effective immediately upon award. 2. Work on site will commence 5th July 2022. 3. All work will be completed by 19th August 2022. 4. The contract will expire at the settlement of the defects period.
