Malvern Theatre - Front Extension

Description

Malvern Theatres currently operate a very established and successful theatre on the site and they are looking to expand the front reception and administration areas. To achieve that end the project involves the following works: i. New first floor extension above existing ground floor foyer ii. Refurbishment of existing ground floor foyer with new entrance lobby iii. External works comprising paths, steps, external lighting, soft landscaping, as shown on the drawings. iv. Drainage installations, including rainwater and surface water systems, all as shown on the drawings. v. Internal structural alterations to existing facilities. vi. Associated M&E Services including a new lift Please note a site visit prior to tender is mandatory. Please see the procurement documents for further information. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Malvern Hills District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
